Arts Connection – Cyswllt Celf is an independent participatory arts charity based in Llanfyllin. We provide high quality participatory arts projects in various artistic mediums across Powys, Wrexham and the borders. Our work with schools, children, youth, people with learning disabilities and wider community offers a welcoming bilingual doorway into the arts.
We are looking for new Trustees to join our already diverse and vibrant board. If you think you could contribute, we’d love to hear from you!
We encourage applications from anyone over 18!
If you haven’t been a Trustee before then don’t let that put you off as training and support will be provided.
We’re keen to hear from people with skills in any of the following areas:
- Welsh language
- Finance
- Fundraising
- Education
- Health
- Marketing
The role of a trustee is voluntary and is not remunerated, but reasonable expenses will be paid. Meetings are hybrid and take place in Llanfyllin and on Zoom.
Time Commitment
- 4 x 2 hour Board Meetings per year
- 1 x Annual Planning Day
- 1 x Annual General Meeting
- Joining Board training as required
- Contributing to one of the Board’s Sub-Committees
- Attending events
- Actively advocating and supporting us
