About Concerts for Carers
Concerts for Carers (CfC) is a UK registered charity focused on promoting the mental health and wellbeing of NHS workers and paid carers in the UK and N Ireland. We deliver on this charitable purpose by providing free and discounted tickets to music and live events to our beneficiaries and by making grants to fellow charities with a similar charitable purpose.
CfC is a young start-up charity with a small but dedicated team. There will be the potential to develop and expand the role as the company grows.
Current responsibilities include;
• Oversee the administration of the website platform;
- Adding events in good time for on sale dates.
- Add venue details and ensure all information is kept up to date and relevant.
- Manage the Balloting process, following the agreed procedures.
- Allocate tickets to winning beneficiaries, as per the agreed procedure and follow up to ensure ticket receipt and attendance.
• Liaising with existing venue and promoter partners to ensure ticket allocations are fulfilled and opportunities maximised.
• Oversee and monitor the incoming mailbox to ensure it is well managed
- Respond to all incoming customer service queries, questions and comments on all platforms including through the inbox and social channels, responding within the agreed timeframe and with agreed TOV, escalating as required.
• Monitor payments and outgoing comms to ensure platform processes are functioning effectively and reporting as appropriate.
• Prepare weekly reports for Operations Manager on the agreed information and statistics.
• Prepare presentations for Operations Manager and Directors as required to assist with Partner development.
• Work with the Operations Manager to grow venue and corporate partnerships and expand our beneficiary network.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing Manager to prepare content for social platforms, including gathering testimonials and statistics.

• Core hours: 0900 – 1700 Mon to Fri but flexibility within
• Annual salary £24,000
• WFH with regular travel to Cardiff and occasionally London
• Ability to travel to events as required
Core Competencies
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Strong communication, presentational and analytical skills. Attention to detail is key
• Can-do, positive and flexible attitude essential
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own time keeping effectively
