"The relationship of individuals and organizations with the Welsh language and the arts varies greatly. This diversity is understandable as the relationship of different communities to art, language and culture is specific to them. However, gaps in provision also contribute to a difference in Welsh awareness and creative engagement. We need to discuss the gaps and how to fill them. We also need to recognize and celebrate what makes Wales unique and the special arts that have shaped our past, present and future. Your views on these issues are key to creating a challenging living strategy.”
