Phil George, the Chair of Arts Council of Wales has recorded a special farewell interview with outgoing Chief Executive Nick Capaldi. The interview reflects on Nick’s career and follows his journey, starting as a pianist in Chetham’s School in the north of England, on to the Royal College of Music and a career in the arts with South West Arts and Arts Council England. The interview examines the last 13 years at the helm of Arts Council of Wales and includes tributes by some of his peers in the arts sector.
