This pragmatic, hands-on management role drives the marketing planning and implementation across the organisation to ensure smart, efficient, considered short, medium and long term campaigns.

The role has a strong focus on earned income, particularly focused on Theatr Clwyd productions. It also takes an important role in driving earned income from ancillary sales events and ensuring a holistic, considered and balanced marketing planning approach.

The role sits within our Theatre Making family but works across all areas of the organization, holding shared budget responsibility for the marketing function with a focus on Theatr Clwyd productions and is supported by the Director of Audiences & Insight in implementing the organisation’s strategies.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Grade: TC1.5

Salary: £35,212 - £39,402 pa
