Since the appointment of a Coordinator and tutor to the Arts Council of Wales several courses and opportunities have been in place. The Arts Council of Wales offers all courses – free of charge. From beginners to Welsh speakers who want to improve their language. An opportunity for everyone in the Arts, regardless of your background- employed or freelance. In January 2023 30 ‘from scratch’ beginners will go to Nant Gwrtheyrn for two weeks and then to study with the council tutor on the “Fast-track" course. Learn two years of Welsh in a year and be able to hold a conversation at the end of the course.
There are also two two-hour courses a week for beginners that are taught by the Arts Council of Wales’ tutor and are full, and one Foundation course for which there are spaces. We are drawing up a list of names for new and experienced learners to start their next steps on the journey in January. Would you like to join them? What better gift this Christmas?

Entry course- Tuesday from 2:30-4:30
Foundation- Wednesday 2:30-4 :30
Intermediate- Thursday 10-12 and 2:30-4:30
Proficiency - Friday from 10-12.
