Here are some examples of supporting information you might provide within your 5-page document. 

  • Examples of your work (or that of any artists or creatives you are working with). This could be a specific link to your website/online portfolio/reviews. 
  • Letter from your key partner(s) confirming their involvement 
  • Project Plan or visual timeline 
  • Draft Artistic Programme or Tour Schedule 
  • Details of any opportunities (e.g. training courses or residencies) mentioned in your application, along with any correspondence you have which evidence your invitation to participate (if applicable) 
  • Meaningful letters of support endorsing your project. These could be from partners / mentors. 
  • Evidence of consultation with target group/community 
  • Confirmation of financial support 
  • Evidence of support or demand 
  • Previous evaluations of related projects 

Please do not attach documents that aren’t directly related to the project you’re applying for.

As part of our eligibility, you need to be able to provide evidence of your track record of facilitating or creating artistic work for presentation to audiences.
