Working Word. Strategic storytelling.

That’s our thing. Told through PR, digital, and film. Using insights, imagination, and integration for impact. Turning audiences into advocates. Creating outcomes that change organisations for the better.

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing film team to manage the logistics and planning of film shoots across Wales, the UK, and abroad as well as assisting with our audio productions.

You’re able to juggle and work across multiple projects at the same time and are comfortable managing and organising people. This role is the beating heart of our film team and forms the link between teams within our organisation and clients so great communication, negotiation, management and organisational skills are needed.

  • Carrying out research and conducting background interviews and developing scripts.
  • Arranging all travel, accommodation, permits, and visas for shoots.
  • Preparing, updating and distributing call-sheets and timings for shoots.
  • Ensuring health and safety paperwork and risk assessments are completed and distributed.
  • Maintaining and updating production management software.
  • Liaising with clients, keeping them up to date with the status of each production.
  • Delivering draft and final edits to clients.
  • Providing onsite production management support for some projects.
  • Data wrangling and media management of content.
  • Ensuring great communication across the team, internally and externally.
  • Implementation of production best practices.
  • Some basic editing may be required for some film and audio projects.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Project Management experience, from pre to post, often on tight turnarounds and tight deadlines.
  • The ability to speak and write in Welsh is desirable.
  • Exceptional people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
  • The ability to listen to others, take feedback onboard, and execute this quickly and concisely.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a critical mind.
  • Outstanding admin and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of what types of videos work for specific social channels.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects, be passionate about creating consistent quality content, have outstanding communication skills and will be able to work independently, as well as being a reliable team-player.
