Monmouthshire County Council are inviting quotes and submissions from artists and craftspeople for the creation of a new entry feature/gateway into a riverside green space and picnic area in Monmouth near the historic Monnow Bridge. There is a formal bidding process that closes at the end of September. The Council is open minded about materials and designs, and has prepared a brief containing parameters and themes that they would like to have included.
