PRINT, a digital celebration of Wales’ magazines on AM, is back!

Over a period of four days, you can enjoy articles, podcasts and videos from Wales’ most exciting magaines on AM’s homepage; including Planet, Hanes Byw and NAWR. You can also support them by purchasing and subcribing to the magazines in a special Shop section.

Damian Kerlin from the new magazine Material Queer says:

“Material Queer came about after having to trail through a well known LGBTQ+ publication to find an article on our culture, as opposed to news. I thought there must be a better way to celebrate and put our culture at the forefront, but I understand that that the publishing world is struggling at the moment with the mass producing of content for contents sake, so for those starting out it can be really difficult to gain traction. Content is at an all time high, yet audiences have never felt as disconnected. It's really a bad case of quantity over quality.

And how do we make sure that quality is pushed to the top - why, AM of course. Not only having a dedicated platform as AM to amplify the creative industries in Wales to the world, but to know that a platform has built designated areas to support industries to thrive such as PRINT while not sacrificing on quality is a real deal breaker and something which needs to be cherished.”

Enjoy, subcribe and support magazines from Wales by visiting PRINT on AM’s homepage Thursday! (26-29/10/2023)
