The offers contained within Investment Review 2023 Report and Decisions were conditional on the financial settlement we received from the Welsh Government. Following the announcement in December 2023 that we’d be receiving a 10.5% cut to our budget, the initial offers were revised, in accordance with our stated procedures. The revised offers were published in February 2024 and are contained within Appendix A.
