Nant Gwrtheyrn Residential Course

Are you a new speaker at Intermediate level or above? Do you want to learn and share creative techniques of putting Welsh into practice? The residential course between March 11th and 15th at Nant Gwrtheyrn would be perfect for you.

During the week a tutor from Nant Gwrtheyrn and members of the Welsh Art Consortium  will work together to create a unique experience for you. Nant Gwrtheyrn tutors will provide their usual classes as well as sessions exploring Synhwyro’r Iaith (Sensing the language) techniques https://arts.wales/resources/synhwyror-iaith-sensing-language allowing you to put the Welsh language in the centre of your creative practice.

The course is free and we will also pay for your time and travel expenses during your time at Nant Gwrtheyrn. Your interest must be noted before the end of January by contacting Einir.Sion@celf.cymru

Weekly Welsh courses (over Zoom / Teams)

Weekly classes at all levels are currently running. These are traditional learning pattern courses offered by a tutor for 2 hours per week during normal working hours (9-5). A new Entry level course is about to begin.

Every Thursday afternoon

14:00 to 16:00

30 weeks (no lessons during school holidays)

Self study

Coleg Cambria provides weekly courses and self-study support on behalf of the Arts Council of Wales. Self-study can be started online throughout the year.

Self-study is a great opportunity to learn at your own pace, without any pressure and from the comfort of your home or office.
