Are you a creative practitioner interested in how using textiles could deepen understanding of number and shape among CC2 learners, while creating opportunities for creative collaboration, crafting and improvement?

If so, then a Federation of three schools in Cwm Gwendraeth is looking for 2-3 Welsh-speaking Creative Practitioners to work on a Lead Creative Schools enquiry during the summer of 2025 that will explore the dynamic relationship between maths, mathematical forms, pattern, and textiles. As well as practitioners from the world of textiles, art, or fashion, the Federation is keen to hear from mathematicians or creative engineers.
