Company Stage Manager

We're looking for someone excited by the opportunity to be part of a team that’s working to develop a new production.

You’ll be a strong team player, but you’ll also be able to work well independently demonstrating initiative and the ability to prioritise. You’re an ace problem solver, especially under pressure.

You’re based in Wales or were born and/or studied here.

Skills and experience we consider important for this role:

• Proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with a director and creative team

• Experience working as part of a hands-on stage management team

• Experience leading a large team on tour

• An approachable and confident personality

• Possess a working knowledge of Health & Safety

• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
