July 2021 saw the official launch of CARN (Caernarfon Artist Regional Network)'s pop-up exhibition at Neukölln 48hrs festival, Berlin. In partnership with Palis Advisory Berlin, a selection of Welsh artists exhibited new and exciting work in response to this year's festival theme 'Air'.
