The sessions below are taking place in Conwy thanks to The Dance Collective, Conwy County Council, Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru | Arts Council of Wales, Rubicon Dance and Wales Wide Training Programme.
Tuesday July 16th 1.00-2.30 at St Michael & All Angels Church, Llandudno Junction - Welsh Language Dance Session (a session for yourselves!) led by freelance dance practitioner Sarah Mumford. FREE to attend but spaces are limited so bookings are essential.
This is a practical dance session aimed at those who are fluent in Welsh or those who are Welsh learners .
Wednesday July 17th 12.00 -1.00 at Conwy Cultural Centre - Wales Wide Training Programme and Dance Collective will host a network meeting - FREE to attend - recent graduates are very welcome!
Wednesday July 17th 1.00-4.30 at Conwy Cultural Centre - CPD session focusing on making sessions/work more accessible for those who are visually impaired and looking at some creative ways to approach Audio Description in dance led by Karina Jones and Dr Kate Lawrence. This session is £30 to attend and we have 9 FREE spaces for freelancers to attend - 5 supported through The Dance Collective and 4 through Wales Wide Training Programme. These will be offered on a first come first served basis.
