The session will help you use insights about your audiences and communities and the wider environment to identify opportunities and priorities, as well as put audiences and their needs at the centre of the planning process. It will cover setting goals and objectives for audience development, developing strategies and action plans and measuring success. The session will also help you future-proof your plan and includes tips on how to bring your whole organisation on board with audience development planning.
