Celf o Gwmpas is a small but resilient arts charity based in Llandrindod Wells, Powys. Our vision is to improve health and well-being through the arts, inspire creativity and artistic ambition, and to provide an accessible resource for the community. We work primarily with vulnerable and marginalised groups such as adults with learning difficulties and those affected by mental health and illness issues.

We are looking for an experienced, capable and dynamic Development Manager to work with our staff team and trustees and be part of a transformational change for our charity. You will help us attain the targets set in our business plan and funding strategy, take day-to-day responsibility for charity staff and office matters, and have an effective working relationship with our trustees and relevant external agencies.

You will be an excellent communicator, possess good interpersonal and management skills, experience of financial and business planning and an active interest in the arts. Previous experience of working in a charity or small business is desirable but not essential as a comprehensive training package is a key benefit of this role.

The job is primarily based in our Llandrindod Wells office, with some flexibility around remote working and occasional requirement to travel to attend meetings and events.
