The Beaumaris Festival is back! The 38th Festival Programme is filled with fantastic events ranging from Jazz to comedy to Classical Music.

Jazz at the Bulkeley Ballroom with Remi Harris and Tom Moore opens the Festival this year. Fans of Jazz will also enjoy the debut of the Ronnie Scott’s regulars, Benoit Viellefon Hot Club in Beaumaris.

Fans of classical music will have plenty to choose from in this years programme also, from an evening of opera classics with mezzo-soprano, Maggie Cooper and baritone, Jeremy Huw Williams, solo recitals on Piano, Recorder and Accordion to Orchestral Masterworks by Mozart, Finzi, Debussy and Haydn with the Welsh Chamber Orchestra.

Known as the land of song, Wales is home to many world class brass bands and choirs. We are very proud to welcome the award winning Beaumaris Band and the prominent local choir Cantorion Menai and festival regulars The Monteverdi Singers to the festival.

In addition to music, the festival will also feature a free art exhibition by the festival artist Gilly Thomas, being opened by the Mayor Cllr. David Evans, and an evening of Comedy with the British Comedy Awards winner, West End star and Royal Variety Show performer Mike Doyle
