The PA will have a mixed portfolio of individual responsibilities but their main focus will be on supporting the Head of Wales Arts International to ensure the effective delivery of the team’s activities, its projects and services by providing a high quality administrative service that that assists flexible/mobile working. This includes the co-ordination of communication, correspondence, appointments/diary management, travel and expenses.

£20,601 - £25,052
(£8,240 - £10,020 pro rata) per annum depending on experience

This role is based in Cardiff.

The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise, working effectively under pressure is essential along with good communication skills and a commitment to high standards of customer care.

We work in both English and Welsh and fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is essential for this post.  Working knowledge or fluency in any foreign languages would be beneficial.
