Team Co-ordinator (Arts Funding)

They ensure that funding applications are correctly ‘logged’ and assured, that payments are handled efficiently and effectively, and that the outcomes of funded activity are correctly monitored and recorded.

It is a busy and exciting time for the Arts Funding Team. The Arts Council has recently launched new grants management software so the Team Co-ordinator will be instrumental in assisting the smooth delivery and ongoing development of the new system. The Team Co-ordinator will also assist in the administration and analysis of new grant funding schemes that are being launched by the Arts Council, including some Covid recovery packages.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of financial monitoring and evaluation procedures and a working knowledge of analysing and reporting on data. They’ll be able to work on their own initiative, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure during busy periods. Good Microsoft Excel skills are particularly important within this role.

We work in both English and Welsh and fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is essential for this post.
