Sherman Theatre wishes to appoint a Deputy House Manager to help lead the theatre’s Front of House operation, reflecting the success of the artistic programme. Contributing to the department’s operational efficiency and delivering the highest levels of customer service, the successful candidate will have the proven ability to manage and motivate a dedicated team of volunteers, and to increase ancillary income streams whilst acting as a positive catalyst for change.
