We are currently seeking an Artistic Planning Assistant to support the Artistic Planning Officer in the preparation, administration and distribution of all advance/current WNO schedules.
Reporting to the Head of Artistic Planning, the post-holder will produce and distribute short and long-term rehearsal schedules. Manage and administer the allocation of rehearsal spaces when WNO is in residence and book appropriate spaces when WNO is on tour.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an office environment and an understanding of the way an artistic organisation works. We are looking for someone with very strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, an accurate approach to work and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to work quickly and efficiently, often under pressure, prioritise and work to deadlines will also be required in this fast-paced and busy role.
